Video Project: “Woman on the Street” Interviews (2023 ASSH Annual Meeting)

Client: American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH)

The American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH) hosts an Annual Meeting where members and non-members register to participate in in upper extremity-focused educational lectures, hands-on labs, interactive sessions, and more.

For the ASSH’s 2023 Annual Meeting in Toronto, I was tasked with producing a video highlighting member experiences. With limited time, I quickly developed a proof of concept utilizing the classic “man/woman on the street”-style interviews, drafted video outlines, researched interview questions, and prepared for filming on-site.

At the event, I scouted locations at the convention center, coordinated interviews, produced the interviewer and interviewee, and captured footage. Post-production included editing, motion graphics, and creating social media versions.

The final product delivered impactful content within tight deadlines, showcasing my ability to manage all aspects of video production from concept to completion.
