Client: Escapade 360
Escapade 360, an escape room company, was opening a new candy factory-themed escape room and needed a video to promote the room as an ideal date night activity or something perfect for families.
Working closely with the client, we hired on-screen talent, rented the necessary video production equipment, and developed the two scripts.
Once the pre-production work was completed, I filmed each group (the family and the “couples”) running through the escape room once, edited the video, and developed the motion graphics.
While it was a challenge to only have one opportunity to get all the shots needed, there’s something special and organic about anyone experiencing an escape room for the first time that really comes through the screen and resonates with viewers.
These videos were the primary media used in an aggressive paid digital and social media marketing campaign, which resulted in the company seeing an “impressive lift” in bookings for the new room.
